Even Though we upload our products’ photos taken in their natural environment and detailed videos to our webpage, sometimes all online purchases might not be as you imagined. You may not want to keep them for several different reasons.

All purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving they are in condition as purchased and securely re-packaged. Please inform us before returning the product you purchased via info@syongreen.co.uk.

Return: Please email us your name, order number and the reason for your return. Thoroughly package your item(s) in heavy-duty materials which, like you received the product, securely taped (to protect from any damage in transit) and return to the address detailed below.

You, as the customer, are responsible for return postage charges. We would recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return. We recommend using Online Courier services like  Transglobal ( https://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/) or

Parcel2go ( https://www.parcel2go.com/)  to reach a fair price.

Refunds are issued upon receiving the returned goods in their original condition. The money to go back into your account may take seven working days.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size/color etc. The returns process will still be the same. Please contact us via email at info@syongreen.co.uk.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for photography being misrepresented on customers’ devices due to screen settings etc. The customer will still be liable to pay return postage charges in such a situation.
