WHY NATURAL RUG?

Natural rugs produced with raw eco-friendly materials such as bamboo, wool, viscose and cotton;

  • Removes excess moisture from the environment and returns it when necessary. It absorbs less dust than synthetic yarns, and it breathes.
  • It is antistatic, does not cause static electricity like rugs produced with synthetic yarns, and so protects the body.
  • The ignition rate regarding fire is lower than other rugs produced with acrylic, polypropylene, and other synthetic materials. It has high fire tolerance.

CARE & MAINTENANCE

  • Shedding is normal because your rug is produced with a natural material; the shedding will decrease with regular vacuuming.
  • Store your rugs in a non-humid environment in a roll without folding and breaking them. Use a vacuum cleaner regularly, do not beat or wash the rug while cleaning. For general cleaning, please take it to a professional rug cleaner.
  • Regularly change the place of heavy items on the rugs to ensure no permanent trace of heavy objects. Depressed areas can be fixed gently with a brush.

FIRST INTERVENTION FOR STAINS

  • Stains should be treated immediately. During cleaning, remove the substance causing the stain without applying a chemical treatment. Please refrain from using any chemicals during the cleaning process.
  • First, the stain should be absorbed from the rug as much as possible before applying any chemicals to the carpet. Blot the spot with a clean absorbent white towel or clean white paper cloth. Continue until no more liquid or color transfers from the spot onto the cloth. Do not scrub or carve by pressing on the stain. This will cause stains to become permanent on the rug.
  • Use the chemical-free white soap foam instead of the white soap itself.

Using shampoo or water may cause a dirty appearance. To prevent permanent damage to the pile and texture of your rug, chemicals such as bleach should not be used, only recommended specialist natural rug cleaning products should be applied.
